Refund policy

For a full refund to be issued, your order must be canceled prior to shipping. Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of our products, any orders placed that have been shipped are not eligible for refunds. All sales are final. Lash Faerie reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Lash Faerie may issue refunds due to shipping delays or other issues with shipping and delivery. The refund will be issued to the account that you paid for the order with. Unfortunately, we cannot direct refunds to different accounts or payment methods.
